Healthy Pizza!!

Today I had a go at making pizzas using farrah’s wraps!! Wow! They were so good and go the deal of approval from my Husband and my Flatmate! Yay!

These amazing pizzas are so easy and so versatile you can make using any ingredients and any flavour of the Farrah’s wraps!! Below is what I did and the instructions….

I used the following ingredients to make 2 pizzas

  • 4 Farrah’s Fire roasted Pepper wraps
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Sachet of tomato paste
  • 4 sausage
  • 4 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of cheese
  • Sweet chilli sauce

Step one : cook sausages. While sausages are cooking cut pepperoni into slices , cut onion how you want it.. I did slices and grated the cheese

Step two : once sausages are cooked pre heat the oven… spread tomato paste on two of the wraps… sprinkle a little bit of cheese onto it as pictured

Step 3: Take the second wrap and place on top of each of the wraps…. Then add sweet chili sauce and spread around wrap… use as much or as little as you like… Then add on all your ingredients in whatever order you prefer.

Step 4: top with cheese and put into oven for 15 minutes on 180 degrees

Step 5 : Once cheese is melted and the wrap goes crispy take it out and serve with a salad or coleslaw

I served mine with coleslaw abs a iced lemon water! Yummy!!!

So much better then brought pizza and the possibilities are endless!! Have a few more wrap recipes that I’m going to try this week! So love how these wraps come in a range of flavours and have a range of options to use them for!!
